简要规则描述：为进一步加强陆家嘴街道城市运行管理中心工作，本项目拟选取一家专业的服务单位提供针对街道城运和浦城路中心区城运两处所涉及的内外场感知点、智能化设备等各类技防设施的运维保障服务，同时保障各居民区、景点、商业综合体及东岸滨江等辖区内重点场所到城运的联网接入运行稳定。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: In order to further strengthen the work of the Urban Operation Management Center of Lujiazui Street, this project intends to select a professional service provider to provide operation and maintenance services for various technical security facilities such as internal and external sensing points and intelligent equipment related to the urban operation management of the street and the urban operation management area of Pu Cheng Road Central District. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the stable operation of the network connection between each residential area, scenic spots, commercial complexes, and key places along the East Bank Riverside within the jurisdiction to the urban operation management center. (For details, please refer to the procurement requirements document in Chapter 3.)
合同履约期限：合同签订之日起至2026年12月31日。
